C. (hereinafter referred to as &#8220;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wilson Abogados<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8221; or the &#8220;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Responsible<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;), by our clients, suppliers and third parties (hereinafter referred to as the &#8220;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Owner<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d or &#8220;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Owners<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;).<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>PRIVACY POLICY<\/b><\/h2>\n<h3><b>Identity and address of the responsible party<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wilson Abogados with address at 2914 La Rioja Street No. 2914 Office Number 6-A, in Colomos Providencia neighborhood, C.P. 44630, in Guadalajara, Jalisco, with authorized email: <\/span><a href=\"mailto:contacto@wilsonabogados.com\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">contacto@wilsonabogados.com<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. We are identified as the Responsible for the processing of data provided by the Owners whether directly or indirectly collected personally or in any other form of communication established by the Law.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Data protection principles<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The personal data provided by the Owners to Wilson Abogados will be processed solely for administrative, legal and informational purposes directly related to strategic planning, client development and legal advice, respecting at all times the data protection principles of consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility in the processing of such data in accordance with the provisions of Article 6 of the Law.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The sending of personal data is necessary for the main purposes set out in this Notice, therefore, not providing the requested data or not accepting this privacy policy means the impossibility to be recognized as a client, supplier or third party related to Wilson Abogados.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>List of personal data to be requested<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Owner agrees to provide Wilson Abogados with the following categories of data for the purposes set forth in this privacy notice:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Personal Data:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Contact data<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> understood as the information that allows to maintain or get in contact with the Owner, such as: address, email, cell phone, and social networks.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>In the case of suppliers<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, the type of services they provide, company name, bank accounts, tax information, payment methods, contact information, and all the necessary information to provide us with the corresponding service in the appropriate manner.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We receive and store all information that you enter on our website <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/wilsonabogados.com\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">https:\/\/wilsonabogados.com\/<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> or provide to us by any other means.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When necessary, and for the development of projects with clients, we will allows individualizing the person such as full name, marital status, place and date of birth, nationality, age, as well as the data (number and codes) derived from their official identification credentials such as: the voting credential issued by the National Electoral Institute (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Instituto Nacional Electoral<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">), the registration card before the Federal Taxpayers Registry (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Registro Federal de Contribuyentes<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) or the Unique Population Registry Code (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clave Unica de Registro de Poblaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Bank or asset data<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, such as bank account number and tax information.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><b>Data processing purposes<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Owner accepts that his\/her personal data will be used by Wilson Abogados for the following purposes, which are classified into main purposes and secondary purposes:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Main Purposes:<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Incorporate them into the Wilson Abogados database.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Carrying out official procedures that are needed, for any legal process, trial, report and\/or legal work.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To provide legal services with the agreed quality.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Secondary Purposes:\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Receive news and legal articles of interest.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Receive information on related legal, financial and\/or accounting institutions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Receive invitations to events and activities external to Wilson Abogados.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the Owner agrees with the treatment of his\/her personal data for the main purposes set forth in this notice but does not want them to be treated for the secondary purposes set forth herein, he\/she may communicate this immediately by sending an e-mail to contacto@wilsonabogados.com addressed to the area of Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the &#8220;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Data Protection Officer<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;).<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Data transfer to third parties<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Owner accepts that their data will be transferred by the Responsible, to all those companies and government offices to comply and carry out the procedures that are necessary to provide legal services with the quality granted.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Therefore, Wilson Abogados is bound to communicate to such third parties this Privacy Policy and the obligations they assume regarding the processing and protection of the personal data of the Owners upon receipt of such information.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All data are treated with absolute confidentiality and will not be accessible to third parties without an agreement with the Responsible, and it is forbidden to use them for any other purpose than the ones authorized.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Resources to exercise rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (ARCO rights)<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any Owner who provides their data to Wilson Abogados by any form may exercise their rights of access, rectification, opposition and cancellation by sending an email with a clear and precise description of the personal data to which they seek to exercise any of the aforementioned rights to the email <\/span><a href=\"mailto:contacto@wilsonabogados.com\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">contacto@wilsonabogados.com<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">; the foregoing in accordance with the provisions of Article 28 of the Law.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The responsible for knowing and exercising such rights is the Area of Protection of Personal Data of the Responsible in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 3, section IX of the Law.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is located at la Rioja Street No. 2914 Office 6-A, Colomos Providencia neighborhood, C.P. 44630, in Guadalajara, Jalisco, and the Owner may communicate with the Data Protection Officer by calling (33) 2737 2724 or through the authorized e-mail: <\/span><a href=\"mailto:contacto@wilsonabogados.com\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">contacto@wilsonabogados.com<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Owner shall complete and deliver to the Data Processor Officer indicated above, his\/her request accompanied by the following documentation, in accordance with article 29 of the Law.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Current official identification of the Owner (credential issued <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">by Instituto Nacional Electoral<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, passport issued by the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Secretar\u00eda de Relaciones Exteriores<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, National Military ID or Professional ID). In case of foreigners: immigration form or passport from their country of origin.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In cases in which the exercise of ARCO rights is carried out through the legal representative of the Owner, in addition to the accreditation of the identity of both, the corresponding power of attorney signed before two witnesses and a statement to the Data Processor Officer will be required.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In cases where you wish to exercise the right of rectification, you will have to provide the documentation supporting the requested change, according to the personal data to be modified.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In case of cancellation and\/or opposition, please provide documentation describing the personal information that you are interested in removing from the records of the Responsible and\/or the personal information that you wish to terminate the treatment, as well as the damage that would be caused if the treatment of the personal data continues.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Responses to your request will be carried out by the Responsible within a maximum period of 20 working days, counted from the date on which the request was received. The Responsible may extend the term for up to 20 (twenty) more business days, if so required, prior notification of this situation to the Owner.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Owner may request access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition of their data for its use in accordance with the secondary purposes listed above, within 2 months from the date of registration. After this period, and without any request for change, it will be understood as accepted the conditions set forth in this policy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The resolutions adopted by the Responsible will be communicated through the options chosen for it, which are found in the respective formats, the foregoing in accordance with the provisions of articles 32 and 33 of the Law.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When the Owner requests the delivery of his personal data, it will be free of charge, and the Owner will only have to cover the justified shipping costs or the cost of reproduction in copies and other formats.
